A deep truth about to be told
Let us mark this one in bold!

We open our eyes but see nothing
For our focus is in space unwavering
The senses rely upon reflection
We seek no echo in this meditation

We may if we wish rotate polarity
Focusing on space & object in cyclic continuity
Until we stabilise our attention
To rest in the void of cessation

In an unending continuation

A physical but powerful technique
For those who instant connection seek

Employing muscular contraction we close our rectum
Simultaneously with fingers our ear drums

The contraction and release should be synchronous
With the flow of easy breath continuous

In parallel we recite the mantra ‘mmm’ of ॐ
Prayerful & soundless within the Anahata dome

Standing atop an old village well look down into the dark void
Melt therein form vaporised and in the bliss mist be overjoyed

Don’t fall into the well, however!

We being in a mind
Of limited identity-mind
We do not negate
Rather we cooperate!

We make no fuss
We go where thoughts take us
In the external
As well as in the internal
In the ethereal
Or the feral
No self criticism
We oscillate with the pendulum

There is however one condition
In following the ego suggestion
We see Shiva in each vibration
In all nuances of fullness or cessation

If Shiva be everywhere, where may ego reside
For a Shiva is both outside as well as inside
Ego has no place to hide

So ceasing to measure & size
It does noiselessly vaporise

Source of perception
Cause of each elation
God consciousness
Screen of our awareness
Upon which images move
Wherein we orbit in grooves

Diving deep into that consciousness
Into the very source of awareness
We become one with That Oneness

Both at the beginning of a sneeze
As also the end when we are at ease
Are moments poignant
Wherein disappears our identity element

In both fear & desire
Which has us afire
We vaporise in the continuum
Devoid of ego residuum

Who is the experiencer
Who does savour
Each life flavour

Go there!

Employing day dreaming
For connecting

We go back to any memory
Fully living therein making merry
Oblivious to the present
To the here & now insentient

As we thus sail
We leave out no detail
In reality reliving the memory
Both the laughter & the tragedy

In fullness

We look at any object external
Gradually withdrawing senses into the internal
A slow motion cognitive dissociation
Dimming perception while heightening attention

Such is the practice we may further tweak
In a manner where we unseekingly seek

The seeming void of emptiness within
Has within it abstract emotions raging
Withdrawing slowly from them too
The magnetised void we fervently renew

Distilled attention
Nurturing this meditation
Equal in the dark as well as the light
Tranquil calm purring with blissful delight

Clear recognition in an unbroken continuation
That a God consciousness is the only real vibration
Thus pure thought rising
Not the illusionary ego craving
Nor is any lower thought
Ego begot
For the source of all energy
With which illusionary form may or may not be in synergy
Is God consciousness
The That Oneness

This clear recognition as flicker free awareness
Transmutes all lower impulses into divine consciousness
Thoughts too change their colouration
Magically transformed by single pointed devotion
Void & manifestation and any in between transience
All that is flowing from God exclaims our innocence!

The path of devotion
Quelling all commotion

Within

Relying upon memory imagery
In a flow of easy but focused pleasantry
While gazing upon any object
We visualise another as we recollect

So we are looking
But not perceiving

We look at a tree but think of the sun
Cognition short circuits as we come undone
Our consciousness & God merge as one
