Hi all, this morning I was watching youtube on how to deepen your meditation. It said to be aware of things without thoughts. I was practicing during the day when I was doing things, like washing up for example. It is not easy, thoughts keep coming into your mind.

I watched another youtube this afternoon and it said to meditate sitting away from your bed as it is easy to fall asleep. I decided to give it a go. This afternoon I sat on my bean bag. It was not very comfortable but I remembered not to think about it is not comfortable, to let thoughts go so I tried to do that. I was breathing in and out trying not to think of anything else. At times thoughts came into my mind and I kept ignoring it. I got out of my body but I fell asleep. I knew I was out of my body so that is a big difference. At least that is an improvement. I will keep trying.

Just letting you know,

Thank you ShineLikeStars. A lot of times I do not succeed. I think my mind gets too many thoughts. I have to cut the thoughts out. I wanted to try on Thursday as I did not go to work the next day. I got sick so that was the end of that. If I am feeling better tonight I will give it another go.

AstralSuzy, I hope you're feeling better by now. As for me, I finally scored my fifth point by making my fifth attempt. Although I didn't AP, these attempts make my dreaming more lucid and beautiful.

Thanks ShineLikeStars. I am feeling good now. I am glad your dreams are better. I am practicing to ap but I am not doing it early hours of the morning. It is a lot easier to ap early hours than other times. Of course, you have to stay awake. I am increasing my practice attempts and I hope to try to ap on Friday or Saturday morning. The next day I do not work so it is a good time to try. I will keep you up to date how things are going whether it is working or not.

It's great to know other people who are also astral projectors, AstralSuzy. Though in my case, it's a bit more like I'm a wannabe. But I have done it in my life, and I feel I've learned a lot about how society could be and how I could be.

I agree ShineLikeStars, it is good to know there are other apers around. It is good to feel free that we can talk about it. I am making more of an effort but not enough. Recently I got a certain type of vibration and I only had to move away but I did not do that. That is what happens when I am out of practice. I will keep persevering and doing different things to ap.

Great to read what you said, AstralSuzy. And, as for me, I did make my sixth attempt.

That is all we can do and that is to keep trying. I think one of problems is I relax and relax more. That is good except I do not do an ap technique. Then I look at the time and think it is late and I have not ap. I have to change that.

Hi, Astral Suzy! I feel like just trying is changing my consciousness and my dreams in a positive way. I appreciate having the motivation game to get me to make the attempts.
