Hi!
Honestly, I'm not sure... Please explain, do you mean someone who is good at growing plants?
My mother was an excellent gardener. Last night in a dream she showed me a pendant with the words "Victorian Witch" on it, and I believe she was trying to tell me about our past lives. (She's deceased, but comes to me in lots of dreams, it's really interesting.)

That's weird. I have not heard of green witches before. But then, I know little of Wicca. I googled and found this and it appears I am bang in the middle of the green witch path according to most of the definitions.
