Unpleseant dream

I dreamed today that it was christmas night and we were all reunited at my aunt´s home as usual, and then the kids arrived sons and daughter of my cousin and i saw one of them running to me and gave me a hug.
We were reunited at the living room and suddendly my aunt passed badly she went upstairs and i remember saying: They are doing a surgery at her brain? And then the news came over and she passed away. I remember calling my father giving him the news though he may want to know and i remember my voice was trembling and i was crying.
Then my aunt and her husband appeared, her husband is already dead and they started to talk and we were sitting on the sofa. Really weird.

After that, we me and my cousins went to the backyard and we saw puppies there and we were picking them up.
I saw a young girl who talked to me and talked about parallel realities and she showed me a mini wound in her hand. Don´t know what that means and that dream was over.

I woke up tired and very quiet and maybe numb about it.

If anyone wants to share ideias of what these means, i would be very glad to hear.

Hello, there is certainly more to this dream. I am not an expert in parallel dimension, but it seems they may be a possibility (a fascinating one.) Although, to interpret this dream, I would start on your aunt and your aunt's family. What they represent to you, how you feel towards them, have you been recently worried about them? Have you started something new with them, received gifts or acquired a new awareness in relation to that particular side of the family? What is mostly hard about dreams is recognising where they are talking just about us or informing us about others. All the best xx
