Chest pain, fear

Hi you guys,

I’m experiencing difficulties last weeks. I feel deep pain like burning inside my chest and a lot of fear in my emotions. I suppose that I have not cured emotion of jealousy, but I’m working on it. But this chest pain is tiring and makes me feel afraid highly. Does anyone have some ideas what could help?

It sounds like you are having panic attacks. when you hold pain in it will manifest somewhere on your body. if it is troubling you go and see your doctor

Since it is said jealousy is usually a lack of Confidence ---many Flower Essences companies have elixirs, tinctures just for that ...
and anger and low self esteem ...etc.
Bach actually works...but there are other companies far better.
I used to be a skeptic...no more!!!) :wink
Bach may be easier to find, tho, like, in a Whole Foods.
That is the FIRST thing I would do...I don't have a jealous bone in my body....
my bones are full of other issues!!!

When it comes to emotions relating to a broken or spurned love we can and DO feel a physical pain around the heart area .
It's really a horrible feeling as it means for some reason we are not getting the love returned that we feel towards someone and then, as you explained the feelings of jealousy are paramount.
As Native said, could also be attributed to panic attacks . My son still suffers from them on a regular basis and is under hospital and recieving medication now.
But whatever is causing this for you I hope you find some comfort soon and can move on from this jealousy and heartache.

the gemstone Zoisite is supposed to be good for the heart ~ it helps my heart attacks

just had some pain on the right side of my chest ~ it made me feel better about the left side hurting

some of my ghost friends communicate with pain ~ like pressure points and such

sometimes psychic stuff is painful

pretty sure my heart problems are caused by my sleep medication

could you not understanding your emotions well enough, it seems like your having a mixture of emotions for it to cause such tightness, they have to be dealt with separately, so first of all I don't know your circumstances, if you can elaborate more we may be able to offer some advice, I would suggest listening to your heart and not your head, the head ego mind causes us many feelings which can manifest into emotions if we don't surpress it, remember feelings we can decide to invest our time into, where as emotions we can't control, and they take over. It could be that you are feeling fragile, and not accustomed to this feeling, sometimes we can unconsciously project negative things upon ourselves, we are our own whirlpool, and need to find a steady balance, and ground ourselves, take a step back and look at the bigger picture as if you were an observer.

I heard from a really good chaneller, that you should completly feel the emotions and accept them and then they are leaving the body. So maybe there are some emotions inside you, that are locked up and you don´t want to feel them. So fully accepting them and feeling them is a good way. Conscious Breathing is also a good way, into the chakra or area that hurts.
