Focus on healthy living. A diet that includes enough protein, fat, vitamins, minerals. Low on carb might help ((maybe not for everyone..)). Exercising. Sunlight exposure. Reducing stress (exercise, meditation, yoga), being with other nice people and pets.

All the restrictions can be detrimental to health but that's a bit of a taboo. Personally, I have low blood pressure and wearing a mask over my face isn't good for me so I don't do that.

Interesting post. Any ideas, sadarahu?

A reasonable size of the population don't want the new stuff imposed on us, but the whole thing is being reinforced daily by lots of people. In actuality, the authorities don't really have any power, it's everyday folks that keep the myth alive. Perhaps only hunger and serious poverty can change things. See revolutions in history, though such moments are easy to exploit ((i.e. many times by communists)).

That sounds a good regimen for life in general albeit one that's not necessarily easy to achieve. I add alcohol in moderation to help with stress reduction but I doubt that would be endorsed by the medical bods!

me too! How unusual it is to encounter a fellow experiencer.

It seems to be an unusual characteristic but I'm blessed I can still run at age 74 and doubly-blessed that low B.P. doesn't impact my life significantly, if at all.

It's a tough call when you withdraw from society as much as possible but still have to confront it at times.

Forgive me I beg if this sounds confrontational but living as you do is not likely to provide you with helpful insight into ways to resolve modern-day situations. Such is illusionary.

Me, too - LBP! New for me. Salty broth in the morning and night, loads of water during the day, pinch of salt in it...
And I'm pretty normal again! Yay!
Ah-hem, on topic, tho - gotta keep the blood pressure up to be strong against all invading things that can make ya sick.

oopsie! That was definitely my mistake - mea culpa!

I have a (S)LOW HEART RATE (pulse) but my blood pressure is text book 120/75. I must have become distracted while following the thread!

Before I stop, though, in case there's the odd individual who might be slightly interested, my resting heart rate is 40 to 45 beats per minute and my maximum is about 168 bpm.

At my age the rule-of-thumb, simple-formula-derived maximum is about 146 bpm but more sophisticated research's formulae indicate a maximum of about 155 bpm. So now I'm monitoring it more closely and aiming for more running time at 145 to 155 bpm and occasional efforts taking me to 165.

I hope observant readers will wonder why you have misrepresented and misquoted my actual words? Words that seem to be mine (underlined above) actually are yours. I wonder why you would do that?

If you took the time to read my actual post (which has very strangely been deleted), I quoted a section of your original post at the top, verbatim. Then in my post, I summarised your beliefs as I understood them, hence the 'single' quotations marks and not 'double' quotation marks - I was not pretending they were your exact words, which would be pretty silly.

Oh did you think I hadn't taken the time to read YOUR earlier posting? tut, tut - You know me better than that. Lucky, then, I quoted the bits of my material that you changed.

TIS an interesting explanation you give but a shame you didn't make it clear before. Please remember for the future that you won't again need to summarise what I write followed by your version of it.

Hope that helps. peace

I did not see your post. I believe you ...however, NEXT TIME, make it clearer...That's all.

Single '....' quote marks do not express that you are not quoting someone. It's too subtle of a difference from "...". Capiche?
Simple. So, explain you're summarizing. USA spelling.

And, btw, do not comment on 'strangely deleted' any more.
When a Mod does something and you want to question it?
Ask them why in a private message.
Ok, moving on..:)

But, may I take this chance to say to all - Read the Rules here...they are diff from some other Forums.
