Shadow people/hat men

I just wondered if anyone else has seen the shadow people, or figures of men with top hats?

I haven't seen them for many years but I went through a time of having a lot of third eye visions and in them I saw beings which I now realise are called shadow people and hat men. I have no idea what they are but they seem to be a 'thing' especially connected with sleep paralysis, which I was having at the time, albeit not at the same time as seeing the visions.

There must be lots caught ön film.If you haven't seen them 'unexplained/paranormal caught on camera shadow people' put into google video should bring some up,not heard of hat men though.

I'm not sure what they are, I've heard of them on here before .
I've seen shadows of people in spirit while I'm awake during the day but I don't know if this is different.
As for hat people I don't have a clue.

I just googled images/vids , you have to ignore the daft ones,the ones in vids that peep round corners are scary, blue faced things usually.
