Here's what i think about what triggers it....
Food....
I was shown that the energy that runs inside me, stumbles upon things I consume,and somehow explodes here and there...
It has to do a lot with the inner flame, and I suspect it's a door to the inner realms...
Sexual energy...
This is one of the main triggers... I get horny,it starts again.
I'm not afraid of it anymore...
It's me....I generate it with my psyche...
It's not cool, but I can live with that...
