What I did at Work for the Staff

Being so different in a workplace and finding that I do fit in is quite amazing as it flows into almost 5 years there now. I was open being me from my resume (as I had not worked for so many years I had to put something on it) I was honest I ran a Spiritual Society, that I help to run this site, that I work as a Medium / Psychic / Reiki Master in my community. Diversity in the workplace is what they promoted most and it seems true with where I landed.

What is my role there.....like it seems all jobs I have had is to be there for some that are in need of some guidance in life!

I recently stepped right into whom and what I am there. I ordered a ton of crystal bracelets and I did up the meaning sheets for each one (some 80 plus) were handed out to staff. No one knew what they were getting in that envelope and may thought it was just a bracelet in the idea behind them all. What many came to tell me was that something on that sheet of paper resonated with them, and many "Felt" something from wearing it. Something new to them not yet experienced.

I see so many with them on at work and its an honor to have that ability to pass something along. The excitement was quite amazing as I honestly thought that the participation would be mixed at best. I even had to do a re order to provide enough for all the staff.

I took a leap of faith so to speak in giving out something that at times is thought to be "out there new age" and it worked wonders.

What I learned is never be afraid to be whom you are and to honor who you are without being one that shoves it on others but opens that door a small crack and gives back something of themself.
