Energy / spirit self.

Hey all.
I wanted to ask about the energy body we all have.
A while back, while i was in a situation with someone who angered me i saw and felt another me come out of me; seeing me with my third eye.
Me physically, I was driving and nothing was different or unusual about me. The person who upset me was yelling and whatever beside me. This is when my energy me wafted out and placed arms around the upsetting person, and did this thing where light came out of the hands. Kind of like lightening.
Ive had this happen again at random times, but my energy me did other things, even take back energy that was sucked out of me by someone. (i didnt even realise my energy was being taken, although i was feeling slightly drained.)
the question is, how do i learn to use my energy self? is it just visualising?

My belief on what happened to you is it was just a visualization of what you subconsciously wanted to do to that person. Its not what that energy body does but how your true self reacts to that, that's the lesson. A visualization is capable of draining or giving energy to yourself though.
