Too many energy workers in one place?

I need other's opinions on something. I am a Reiki practitioner and I would like to rent a building with a few others to run a holistic center. Among us are myself, another Reiki practitioner, a shamatic healer, a massage therapist, and a part time vision therapist/Akashic record reader.
The Shamanic practitioner is worried about energy flow with more than 3 of us in a building. We would have separate rooms that we can all create a sacred space in our own ways within. Can anyone give me any knowledge of whether the Shamanic healers worries are justified?

I think that's probably something everyone should assess on an individual level. If you have concerns about their energy interfering with your own/the energy of your space, you could certainly do things like shielding/protecting your own space so that no foreign energy can penetrate/disrupt it. Making sure you're well-grounded before you do any work there would be really helpful too. You could also use cleansing things like incense/sage/other such things before doing work there

If that person doesn't feel comfortable with the situation, that's one thing, but I don't think that their concerns can be said to be a general kind of rule. If you're comfortable, then you'll be effective, regardless of how they feel.
