Scientology therapy fase 1, 2, 3, 4

*I have studied many forms of therapy and are now going to read some of Scientology ways of "clearing" themselves. Are there one who could guide me to the right book if I want to read more on the information show below

1. One have wronged you
2. You have wronged another
and so one..

What book should I read to get information on this ? I don't know much on the subject please tell me something more.......

Thank in advance

Yours

Im not sure what book you are referring to, but I do know a book doesn't clear peoples weight we bare. What clears our conscience is forgiveness. Forgiveness to who you wronged to remove that weight. Also we need to forgive ourselves for doing it, and be able to learn from it and grow from there on.

Another thing that has helped me in the past is writing my apology down on paper, even if I know I will never see the person again. Getting it out in any way can help.
