People with chronic physical/mental illnesses - what stones help you heal?

For instance, I have bipolar disorder and have found that aragonite and chiastolite help me stabilize myself when I feel I'm about to go into a depressed or manic episode. (Not that manic episodes don't have their perks, but they can also be scary and destructive!) Aragonite is especially important for me because it is so strongly connected to preserving nature and the environment, which I need to feel grounded.

Rose Quartz Spheres have great healing energy, if you understand how to use them. One way of cleansing them is to place a bowl outside, just before it rains, and allow the water to collect in the bowl, then place it in the bowl. Just don't use plastic or stainless steel bowls. That might defeat the purpose.
