Lifestyle changes rule! I lost over 60 pounds since I cleaned up my diet... actually lost more than I wanted to... added back animal products and rose back to 166 pounds... and have been anchored around that weight since (about 6 months so far) the perfect weight for me!
The cool thing is that there's no chance at all that I'd return to the habits that originated this weight... once one starts eating truly healthy, the shift in doing so becomes it's own reward... great food, feeling good all the time, it's like we're dancing from one gourmet meal to the next... and yet it's all so simple... nothing fancy really... just good tasting stuff... the idea of going back to the processed and icky foods is an anathema to common sense and good taste! :^)
So congrads on the weight loss! ...and more importantly on doing the right thing for your body overall! What a relief it is to feel lighter! What a relief it is to feel good! :^)
