The administrators and moderators will know why. It's SF business, not ours.

I'm not picking at anything. If the account is suspended or if he's decided to leave then it's still an admin matter.

Whatever the reason there's nothing to stop you saying he's missed. Daz may still be visiting to follow the stories and if so he'll see your wishes.

Nice man he his - helps a lot of people... anyone else got anything to say - I think if one of us were to leave, it would be nice to know each was missed - anyone else got anything to say on the matter? if it was over some sort of argument, these things happen - but it would be nice for someone to say 'he did well' so i'll say it 'and missed' - and stay strong there God-Like, keep helping people as you do...

Couple people were, just for awhile.
It happens.
I believe that is ok to say, I'm not breaking any rules.

Sorry if I sound like I‘m preaching.
You better stop it.

The person(s) involved and you as a moderator would know these things. Members won't know and that's exactly as it should be in my book.

I've just caught up with this thread. Starman what can I say but thank you for sharing your experience. It is a help to everyone who has posted but also to the countless incognitos who never post.

Guess it's not your "time" yet brother. Thankfully.

I have much enjoyed your posts, especially when you talk of your spiritual experiences. I was always on the edge of my chair for those.~~hint~~hint~~

....There are people in life that you are GLAD you are NOT them...or never met....... And then there are those that you are SO happy to have known... Those people that have been through so much in life... Who's stories could be made into a film... Those people that you admire and think to yourself "how did they Ever get through that ? "....knowing that you yourself could never have coped with it all.... As far as I'm concerned there is "life " and then there is "life"....some will know what I mean.....mine was merely "life"..... Starmans was "real life"... And for that fact alone, he is respected and loved .... Thank God we did not lose him now .

Elfin, my life was made real by people like you. We are all on the stage of life playing our part, and there have been times when I wondered what my part was. You said to me once (jokingly) “have you lost the plot yet?” Then you said “I lost it a long time ago.”

What’s the plot, and I have had many plots, because I keep losing them, thank God. These days I understand, it is best for me to not have any plot. Every time I think I know what’s going on, things change. Especially this year; as you know, all the plans I made from January 2020 until now were flushed down the toilet, beyond my control. Control is and illusion anyway.

I have no idea what to plan for next year. I do not want to sound ominous, but next year may or may not be better than this year. I have resolved to deepen the depths of silence within me, which I held on to tightly during my illness. Now it is important to live solidly in the moment, because that is all I feel any of us have. We are living in uncertain times. Some people handle dramatic change better than others. But sanity tells me to let go and be here now in the moment.

Its’ so important to learn how to let go. Normal exists for me when I quiet my mind and live in the eternal now. This is the normal which I strive to embrace in good times and bad. Everything else involves a plot. My life has been and incredible adventure. I could have never imagined, when I was a kid, that now at age-73, the roads I have traveled. My life has prepared me for the continuing journey beyond.

I know I am blessed, and I believe all of us are blessed. I had a very difficult childhood, stomping in darkness and pain, and it was like I was shot out of a cannon, going down a dark tunnel, the barrel of the cannon, shot into the light of day. It did not come easy. There were many times that I felt suicidal, and it was my deeper being that bought me back from that precipice. I had to come to terms with my own mind; that was the key.

We are in a terrible pandemic right now, but something I learned was to have and internal locust of control and not and external locust of control. People who feel controlled by their environment, or other things external, can be dragged around by those things. But when your control is handed over to your deeper being, what I have experienced is a more serendipitous way of living. Much of my life has been serendipitous. I was carried by grace alone though most of what I have been through.

God Bless you all, and if you can not have a Merry Christmas, at least try to have a peaceful one. Inner peace comes when I quiet my mind, and not allow it to drive me crazy. Happiness is and inside job, regardless what may be going on, on the outside. May you find joy within yourself during these difficult times. Christmas, with all of its distractions and deceptions, to me is a designated holy day, and I will treat it as such in prayer and meditation.

Okay Miss Hepburn, I didn’t preach much this time, but it is a long post.
