I need some assistance please.
I can do this thing where I can shake someone's hand and make my hand vibrate and send vibrations up people's arm, when they try the same with me I do not feel anything.
Also I have been told that I can heal people's phyiscal pain.
Please can someone please tell me what this is and how will this effect my afterlife? will I have a pleasant one?

It's an in-between life, not an afterlife. You reincarnate as soon as you are ready. The things you mention will not effect your spirit world period in any negative way at all.
