Clairaudience and noise sensitivity
I didn't really know where to put this...hope it's okay here.
I was wondering if an increase in general noise sensitivity is common in people developing their clairaudience?
I've been experiencing a lot of tingling, crawling etc around my head and now a high buzzing sound in my ears which I think is meditation induced clairaudience (it has coincided with more intense meditations). I've now noticed that I can't tolerate music as loudly as I used to - my ears pop even when it's not really that loud.
Just to add I am planning on a doctor's visit to rule out anything medical going on but I really don't think it is due to the nature of what's happening.

With any meditation, as you lower your brain waves your ears do become more sensitive, so it is ideal to lower the level of music you are playing.
As for clairaudience, I dont know about everyone else but I have extremely good hearing so have problems with noise.

Thanks Serenity Bear. I have to add that I've always been a bit noise sensitive (it was a nightmare when I lived with my musician ex!) but certainly not like this. I wasn't playing music with my meditation as I prefer them silent - I just enjoy listening to all sorts of music at times during the day.

I've always been noise sensitive. Especially to coins jingling, they have forever hurt my ears. As do a lot of other sounds. If the tv is too loud or the radio it hurts my ears too, especially if its staticky that annoys the daylights out of me ! I have also always had excellent hearing. I can hear things others can't. I too start to develope a buzzing in my right ear, tho it could be from having a cold, not sure. My Clairaudience has increased a lot in the last month, its grown stronger and hearing a lot more. Clairaudience is my strongest Clair.

Here is what I know.. my teacher jim says that unless you have a real condition called "tinnitus" the high pitch squealing your hearing is communication..
I hear it a lot.. well, I hear it rignt now..
That is communication from your guides, angels and even your friends
There are two things you can do.. you can use the tool called the rose.. to kind of establish a communication firewall so you don't have to hear the "static" and you can tell your guides you "hear" them and to adjust it..
You can also just say "raise my vibration up" so you can hear them inside better.. I've found when I say that sometimes the "noise" goes away.. that's the best advice I got for yah.. take it or leave it..
