Thumbs up I could sure use a suggestion other than

"Hey - go to the dentist!"
I've already got that covered tomorrow morning.

But in the meantime - anyone have any suggestions on what to do about serious tooth sensitivity? I think I may have caused some nerve damage by using one of those plastic toothpicks. The ones with floss on one end and a pick on the other. I think I might like using those a bit too much.

Yeah. My tooth - or the nerves - really hurt.
