Yes... And we can't bring politics into it..... I think here in UK, during first wave, people were very good , and patient, and getting used to it .. then restrictions were lifted....then the "chaos" of local lockdowns , which appeared to serve no purpose...now another national lockdown... And people are slowly losing the plot. I SWEAR , even the parcel delivery men are cracking under pressure . They are going to have their work cut out on the run up to Christmas. There was a parcel on my doorstep for across the road... It would have gone through letterbox... Plus 3 parcels outside my gate for a house 20 houses away !!!! It's as though they had cracked under pressure and just thrown them out of window !!! ... But the lonely, and elderly and vulnerable are finding it difficult, living in a world of isolation, fear and confusion. It's terrible really...

Just because your wearing a mask and people can't see your mouth doesn't mean they can't hear you. I have to remind myself at times.

My heart breaks when hearing your families and friends contracted the virus. I feel sad asking this topic, I pray that they will all steadfastly recover and get back to their feet the soonest as possible. Yuletide season is coming so I pray that we all be safe while we celebrate the coming holidays.

You are so caring.... Thank you for you kind words for everyone affected by this virus ( which is virtually everyone , in one way or another)... Thank you also for the link.... Christmas is always a special time, even though it will be very different this year, I think it will still spread it's magic.

There is no lockdown in my county. As of now, my county has had 1540 confirmed cases, and 40 people have died from it. I do know that many businesses in my area said that if they impose another lockdown, that they will ignore it since they almost went bankrupt during the last lockdown.

These businesses have installed safety precautions, like plastic barriers between the customers and the staff, wipe down countertops and other areas that people come in contact with, after every customer leaves, the staff must wear masks all of the time, and customers must wear masks to enter the business, they only allow a certain number of customers into the business at one time, etc.
