How to remove left over energy, spots?
Can I remove left over energy, spots or what name they now go under? Or do I have to call on a priest to do that? Do anyone know? I don't think they are portals.
We live in this home where all kind of paranormal activity has been. It was like that before we came to live here, we did not know it then, but previous owners has said so later on (sigh). For the most part these days it is calm, but we have noticed that there is a repeat of "left over energy?"/spots? where something paranormal before took place.
One area where there is such activity is in a corner where we in the past used to have a framed photograph of our family.
During our split my luv, then my ex was in the home with a c hld. According to them the photo flung into the air by itself and went on a bizarre traveling up in the air and when the direction should have led it to hit a child in the head it instead changed direction and then fell down. My ex then put it back where it first was without making a scene as to not frighten the child. He had to do that several more times. When I returned home it would happen again, more times but then it was more that it fell down or that it landed in maybe not such a natural way but I can't be sure if paranormal or not.
So that was the past. Still today we hear sounds I can't describe and too as if things are falling down only nothing is. We can sit in the evening and just watch the television when it happens.

Smudge and place small dishes of salt around the house, in window sills and over door frames.

Removing unwanted energies of any kind is relatively simple.
From bedrooms, TV, computers and so on. It might take a bit of practice and a connection to your higher self. Eventually it will take not more than a few seconds to clear a room.
