Why though? What's it all about?
One of the best reasons to learn about the subtle energy and it's centers in the energy body are to activate them (for real) in a special way under the careful guidance of a teacher who has finished their path and can help you burn away the restrictions, fast tracking one on a path towards their own evolution potential and liberation through the birth of a new body to occupy once the physical is ready to be shed.
This is the fast way and requires guidance and support because
you are forced with corrections that will need to be made. So whatever you do please tread carefully and make sure you have the guidance of those who have come before you and finished their path. Consider finding an authentic tradition. My own teacher is in the process of writing out their curriculum in a few volumes. The first is called
Reflections Within the Mirror of Radiance it will be on Amazon soon. The follow ups will be manuals for the siddhas. There's a few things intentionally left out to make sure the person consults those within the tradition for authentic help and doesn't stray.
