My Redemption

for many years i was a shell of contempt, loneliness and pain. i had suffered, i had been wronged, the rug was pulled from under me, time and time again. i treaded a dark path, seemingly, with no other choice.

i am redeemed. the shell that i was, is full. i didnt know what i was capable of; that, i could awake from the fog that i lived. redemption was with me the entire time.

the energy flows through me, out again, and then through again; always, constantly. the energy, the god, is all i need; all i ever needed. but i did not know.

i have not changed, at least not in the way you think; i am exactly the same person as before, but, i now know; that the energy flows through the shell, that i am my own redeption.

we hurt, we die, we live. it is part of life, life will be fulfilled. our redemption for our pain and suffering, is here. it is always here; always has been. do you not feel it? it is here!!

When I look back on my earlier life - before I began to awaken - I always think of it as 'foggy' or being underneath a cloud of some sort. It's nice to wake up and see that the sunshine was here all along.

Hi,

This morning I was sitting in a cafe having breakfast and playing on the stereo was Beth Orton. I could hear the lyrics as I chomped on my toast and I was almost brought to tears when I heard her sing that she had been "living in Hell like it's some kind of Heaven". This phrase explains my life up until now. So your post is very important Blair2Be. It is good to know that you can get there. I'm still trying to climb out of my hell that has become so familiar to me. Sometimes I think I do it and then I slip back down again. But I am working on it.

theres a bob marley song "you think youre in heaven, but youre living in hell; time alone, time will tell". same meaning, different perspective i think.

you can indeed "get there". and one doesnt have to "find" anything to do so. one has to realize and then create for themselves the reality that one wants. now, im no master, and my life is not "perfect". but i discovered how to be happy within the struggles of physical life. im sorry i cant teach it to you. there isnt a teacher that will show you "the way". people can help with ideas and principals for this "personal redemption", but all the power lies with you. you have IT. you always have. i am confident that you will discover youre own "heaven". oh, and when you do, i dont believe there will be any "going back", no slipping. know that. im a wonderful ear and ive been through some incredible negativity. if you ever wish, you can pm me with anything.
