Mindfulness - its benefits

I am a member of Action For Happiness. A positive minded, ongoing international charity whose patron is the Dalai Lama.

Each month we take a different topic. March is mindfulness.

'Mindfulness can help us respond more calmly, even in dark times. With war returning to Europe, many of us are experiencing a complex mix of emotions, including fear and sadness as well as compassion and hope.

This month we're encouraging you to pause, breathe and find ways to live more mindfully. Inner peace can contribute to outer peace too.'

Aaah, thanks for sharing, I like the calendar :)

Eating mindfully, this one I like!

For those in the northern Hemisphere, spring arrives. Every day try to listen if there are (new) birds around, which birds, which insects.

Will have a look later anything that can make us more mindful and caring for others can only be a good thing
