Incredibly Curious

I was never one of those kids who claimed to be someone else before when I was younger, and my parents have never said anything about me doing so. However, I've always been really curious about it. I've read multiple times that birthmarks, chronic conditions, and phobias often reflect a past life.

I have a reddish-pink birthmark on the right side of my chest that was very prominent when I was younger, but has faded with age (although it is still visible). It's not very big...maybe the size of like two pennies? I've also had asthma since I was about 2 years old. My asthma has also gotten much better with age, but I still have it nonetheless. I also have an extreme, unexplained phobia of needles that I NEVER grew out of and I have no idea why. I am fully aware that needles don't even really hurt, but the sight and sometimes even the thought of them makes me light headed, and I nearly pass out any time I get a shot or have blood drawn. I even kicked a nurse when I got a shot as a child. (The irony in this is I'm a nursing major).

I'm not sure how any of these could be connected, but they're the closest possible connections I can think of to any possible past lives I may have. Also, I always have a longing to know who I really am, what I'm meant to do, and all of those good things. I've also been in an off and on relationship for about two years with a guy and we love each other very much but things always happen that bring us apart and then we find ourselves fighting for each other once again.

I don't know if any of this is even relevant, I'd just like some help or some ideas from anyone who is really "in-the-know" about past lives and such. I could give anymore information about myself that may help.

You should try a past life regression. Even if just for curiosity sake. Many people feel it can actually completely heal their phobias.
