Swimming Out

I swam out this
morning just
before dawn
into the endless universe
In the sweet
Starlight I looked back
at the world
promising to ever
be true
and never forsake the one
who gave up her
secrets for you
so that without
pity worry or remorse
you may swim
At will, at ease
into the universe
and disappear

I'm redefining myself, reading here on SF.
Such visually rich descriptions of soul travel,
Of kinship with nature, God and the Universe.
I find I'm not an oddity, but one of many
Who experience expansion, return, reunion,
In much rhe same way I do.

Lovely Joe Mc. Lovely.
