Thanks for the kind Heartfelt sentiment ALL.(sentient, sky123, BigJohn)
She was my 4th cousin and I could feel her Heart through her music and I feel blessed that she had the Courage to share of herself in that way.

Okay here we go with some swan and Aos si or Sidhe.
Okay I read of the Aos si from this site about the swan and the Celts.
Swan in Celtic Lore
Quote:
Little wonder then that these birds of the family Anatidae within the genus Cygnus are associated with the gods and goddesses of the pre-Christian Celtic peoples. They are seen as having links to the Otherworld (Aos Si) community whose world was reached through mists, hills, lakes, ponds, wetland areas, caves, ancient burial sites, cairns and mounds.
https://www.transceltic.com/pan-celt...ltic-mythology

Then we google Aos si and we can read stuff like this.
http://celticanamcara.blogspot.com/2...f-fairies.html

Quote:
Belief in Aos Sí has survived for thousands of years. The hold that they had on the Celtic mind was so strong that the new religion of Christianity could not shake it.

Now is this archaeological and or real proof of any real ties of the Celts and the constellation Cygnus and or Deneb. NO!!!!
But it is ECHOES of their beliefs and ancestors and their beliefs.

Now I will link another song from my late cousin Skilyr, which we are tied together through Celtic blood through her Great Grandmother who is still alive in her 90s.

I Love her Heart and Courage and maturity at the age of 14.(But of course i am biased)
Myself, I was a numbskull at fourteen.

Here is this guys Cygnus, Deneb and megaliths of Ireland connections.

The Cygnus enigma
https://mythicalireland.com/astronom...cygnus-enigma/

Here is another tidbit of info from this guy.
Quote:
The Milky Way - known in Irish as Bealach na Bó Finne, the Way of the White Cow
The Boyne River has a similar derivation, being the river of the White Cow.
Maybe they were seen as counterparts, one reflecting the other?

Lots and lots to read now ….

I assume Americans imagine that ‘things’ originated in Europe since the horse, for example, was introduced to Americas by Europeans etc. etc.
But we/they; - the original Europeans (the hunter-gatherers) ate them all.

So, searching for the ‘sacredness’ of the horse, wheels and metals one needs to go back to the roots of the culture which originated in the Eurasian Steppe.

Horse was the means to power for the steppe herders.
Sun as an 8 spoked circle and swastika as the symbol of Sun's movement gave the wheel … no?
Metallurgy did not start in Europe, but originated in Siberia or Mongolia … where the “shaman-smiths” were as important as shamans at that time.

I have not had time to read the link I posted, but please don’t be put off by the title, it is also about the Celts:
