Need help to release pain from the past lives
Seems like I am carrying a lot of weight on my shoulders. Some of the wounds are not from this life, but are from earlier lifetimes what I am carrying with me. For me it seems that way.
I have seen some of my past lives. Mostly I have suffered due to the grief, heart ache and injustice. I have seen people killing the people I care the most, I have seen people dying, I have even lost my own child.
When these things came up, pain in my heart was tearing me apart, I felt anxious.
Seems like I really need to go back and re-create these experiences, so I could free of them. Otherwise I am just losing my happy time in this life and it just makes me too depressive.
Any advice? Suggestions?

If you are poking around back there you are effectively bringing the past into the now. More accurately, since all is now you are occupying places in the universe and seeing from those spots, more or less consciously. As you have discovered this can make daily life much more difficult.
The job, then, is to return to the now.
One by one, take up what you see and look it over to the point of understanding. If you can't do it alone find someone to do it with. When you feel good, STOP.
My advice in general is do not look for answers in the past. If your meditation/other practices takes you there, then get out as soon as you reach an understanding.
All the right answers are in the now. My experience.

you dont need or want to recreate those memories that is only bringing their pain into your life. You only need to connect with them enough to feel their dominant emotions. Work out what it is they need or what they are holding onto to keep their energy active in the present. Give them what they need. Show them they are loved. How to forgive. That death is not the end. They can be together with loved ones again if they just move on. They dont have to be alone etc. I do this in healings for people sometimes. If you have trouble on your own I am happy to do free remote healing but you need to ask / give permission xx

I know of a technique to use to access these past lives and heal them but wondering if by chance you know reiki. It would be more effective that way.

Past life memories can be traumatic for some. In this respect those who are interested in doing past life regression as per yogic technques are asked to practice meditation and yoga regularly till their minds are strong and immune to the effects of these memories.
You had perhaps seen your past life memories without prior preparation and training.
So I would advise you to learn and practice meditation, yogasanas, reiki , spiritual practices till your mind is in a constant state of awareness or in the present moment. This can offer relief and liberation from the pain of the traumatic memories.
Also realise that all your loved one's of your past lives are also eternal souls like you, and are also in a journey of evolution. Perhaps they may be with you now, as nature tends to bring together loved one's of past lives .
If you are happy and mindful now, you will then be in a position to help and serve these souls better and make them happy too.

Even though it can be hard, feeling the feeling has always worked for me, the pain is just because the feelings are trapped and unexpressed. Also feeling the feelings that come up in your dreams helps, dreams generally are working on the same things.
