When you make ‘connection’ you touch the essence
Of those around you who feel this presence
As effortless being connects inside
Truth of all is without divide

Seeing things as they are inside you
Allows you the seeing to see the external view
As you are, as you see yourself
As you are clear, where you have felt

The seeing, feeling body born
Beyond it’s suffering, broken and torn
Becomes the illuminated being
Connecting to the world your seeing

Everything that irks your day
Others all around the world, at play
Is the world, within you
As you see and feel

When your activated nothing can steal
Take away what you’ve gained to see
No longer can your irritation be
A source confined and not set free

A mirror that says, I am caught in you
Projecting lack or need to do
Your needs, desires, your pain, your score
Can be the welcomed view, inside your door

The doorway inside, is all of you
Your heart, your mind, your breath so true
All of you is the world out there
Nothing beyond can ever stare
At you, as the eyes unknown
Because all that is
Is your home
