Mind-body has it's need,
which we deem a blessing,
for else as living light,
we’d never realise
heightend joy and pain plight.

Mind-body has it's need,
which first we feed and then
attempt to curb heart's greed
that cravings of ego
within us do not breed.

Mind-body has it's need
but know it's a vessel
for our earth life sojourn,
where descent and ascent
enables soul to learn.

Mind-body has it's need,
which recedes when we look
at it with nonchalance,
recognising life flow
as but a cosmic dance.

[Unseeking Seeker]

Divine Mother’s grace
Holds us in tender embrace
Being God’s energy transmission
Felt within as rapturous bliss ignition
That all ego veils of ignorance drop away
And attention internalised, we cease to sway

What happens then is this: transfixed in bliss
Ego identity recedes; we see truth as it is
Our true self shines as God’s living light
Reinforced by bliss by day and night
That we assimilate it within form
As the epicentre of this storm

in and as
that primal vibration
with exists without breath
self-existent and the very source
of the beginning, middle and ending of form
the creation, sustenance and annihilation of manifestation
presence beholds the spectacle of being and non being
upon the imaginary canvas of space and time
within which all appears and disappears
mirroring the glory of the Absolute Self
in myriad bubbles within bubbles
enriching the unchangeable
by the magic of love

toroidal heart
confers with crown
taking our third eye along

soles of feet and burning palms
await moment of reckoning
yet without so seeking

bindu as the source
opens a hidden porthole
allowing consciousness to bilocate

each centre thus complete in itself
hums a sublime ethereal note
whispered to us alone

the aspect of us
that navigates earth life
is concerned with body-mind
and so it should be too
for our well being

artificial intelligence
that dons thus an identity
is not who in truth we really are
but we have sunk so deep in stupor
that truth of our true self is now forgotten

to re-cognise the source of our aliveness
all we need to do is rest our lower mind
employing thought as an instrument
awareness self-aware animated
aglow in bliss suffused silence

devoid of thought, who remains
we then see that there is no one here
all that is, is our eternal awareness pristine
untouched and unblemished by desire
self-existent, in unending renewal
living light, in peace complete

There's no meditation technique,
when dancing with love, cheek to cheek
so hermit, just follow the heart,
resting thoughts, which is a learnt art
and doing nothing, let stillness
pave the way for joy and wellness,
keeping head and heart in balance,
engaged in life with nonchalance.

Employing innate zest and zeal,
presence feeling bliss beats appeal,
there's no doing we need to do,
as rapture within does renew.

Lay

[Unseeking Seeker]

Half asleep, drowsy our gaze,
poised in this in between phase,
when conscious mind is asleep,
into the vast void we leap.

Lucid dreams in astral realms,
brings wisdom that overwhelms,
transforming us from within,
as bliss beats play on our skin.

Entwined with the universe,
we have no need to rehearse,
as we flow thus, heart aglow,
vibrant in staid stillness slow.

Alone I am, as am, vibrant in solitude
Immune from the external
Fortitude now an ever present attitude
Recorded in heart’s journal

Benign bliss burns burrow deep within
It is an unending pulsation
Each node has a heart welcoming me in
Delightful’s every sensation

Essence of presence invokes magnetism
We tango dance in the rain
The light of Self ignites mind-body prism
Delusion is thus by love slain

as long as awareness be
manifest as an identity
differentiated perception
as a veil of ignorance
prohibits us to cognise
the essence of our being
self-luminous living light
complete and in renewal
throbbing in singularity
in time dissolved peace
