Are you an early morning person or late afternoon

I seem to be waking up somewhere between 4 and 6 am. I don't think it makes me a morning person though. Because I can go down and just sit and do nothing until around 9/10 -ish

My body clock is pretty malleable, but I am probably more of an early morning person; at least for work. I prefer to start and finish early, and get the shift done with, but I have some workmates who prefer the lates. I’m not generally one for sleeping in.

I've spent almost my entire adult life on a night schedule. I go to bed anytime between 3-7am, and usually get up about 1-2pm. I work nightshifts.

I refuse to make appointments before 12 midday, because to me, it's the same as a day person making appointments before 4am.
