do you believe in evil spirits

i hear people talk about "demons" on here & i wonder what they mean. so what is your definition of an evil spirit (or demon if thats what you call it) exacty?

ps im not asking about the christian definition of "demon", im familiar with that.

You can think of evil about the dead the way you think of the living as good or evil, theres no definite line, just entities that are mean and would rather kill you than make friends. Theres also different types that would mean theyre generally nice or not, like different species.
Although, technically there is a type of entity they would call a demon, who is always mean, and they have different sub-types as well, they have their own section in the astral planes

No, I don't think there are any evil spirits at all, I don't even think there are even septate little spirits hiding in separate little bodies, there is only pure Being or Consciousness, there is only ONE. The Idea of spirits is derived from the ego not wanting to let go of its identity, it will conjure up all sorts of stories or ideas to keep itself continuing, it will have us believe in reincarnation, Karma, anything to keep it alive.

Lets forget about what Is evil for a moment and think as to whether there are negative Individuals.

Individuals that like to cause pain. Like to Inflict suffering on another human being our brothers and sisters...

I would say yes these type of Individuals exist.

These Individuals "do" exist within the spirit realms too.

You can label them what you like tho..(lol)

Would that not then mean that ego itself is a separate being from pure being/conciousness?

I have lots of "beliefs",
or things I think may be true,

I believe there are many entities
and aggregates of energy which
may be called "demons", but
only in a general definition;
there may be just one type of entity
which may properly be called a demon,
but I use the term lightly to refer
to malevolent spirits.

"Demons" could be any number of things
from aliens to inter-dimensional beings,
to thought-forms, to fallen souls,
to actual devil spawn.

I think most of the "demons" we confront are thought-forms.

Energy can take shape,
then run like a program,
with a life of it's own.

By imagining them,
or focusing on them,
we give them reality.

Energies attach to our auras,
and feed off of us like parasites.
I believe that.

We attract all sorts.

Attention to angels, or angelic entities,
draws them to us, or us to them.

The evil spirit ( or demon) is that part of the self that we have rejected. It is an aspect of our inner child that feels unloved, unwanted, and has been harmed in some way by our thoughts.

We all have these inner demons. They appear to be separate from us because we have disowned them.

and lusts for blood and filth, etc.

Does it have something nice to say;
deep down, does it have a message for us?

Does it just want to be loved?

Loved for what?

Not for anything that it is,
but just loved for being.

Who can do that?

If we could do that,
would we be on earth?

I want to understand.
