Seeing smiley faces and hearts

Hello everyone! Recently when I've been hanging out with one of my friends, we have seen a smiley face on the cap you put on cups when we were out walking. Also when I was on the phone with her I looked into the pan where my mom was cooking grilled cheese and there was a smiley face left behind! Is there any reason for this? Is it some type of sign? Twice when I've hung out with a friend(a guy I like) I've seen hearts. The first time was at this gas station on the ground, some kind of residue I'm not quite sure what it was but it made a heart. The second time I'd rather not say where the heart appeared as it is not appropriate to say on these boards! Same questions here is there a reason why I'm seeing hearts with him? Is it a sign? Well i can say that i went once through a massive seeing hearts phase. Of course it must be taken into account that hearts are a very popular cultural & commercial symbol, so there is a certain amount that everyone will see.

Having said that, it is different when you see them every where you look, as patterns in nature that form perfect heart shapes etc. which happened to me a lot at one time. I think, for myself anyways, it was more a sign to focus on the heart chakra, or come from the heart, but for you if you see them in in circumstances surrounding this guy, then it may be a sign yes, though it may be that you just wish it were so, but if you feel intuitively that's what it means, then that may be the case.

As for smiley faces, i don't know. There is a sinister quality to smiley faces too, but maybe that is just me and watching fight club one to many times or something. I find smiley faces represent phoney happiness sometimes, though they could probably be good too i guess, it depends on how they come across to you and your interpretation also i think.
