Does anyone around here read like regular books? They all seem like these deep, philosophical, serious books.

I'm reading the Guardians. The books that inspired Rise of the Guardians. Fun little books.

I am reading, Real Boys, rescuing our sons from the myths of boyhood, by Mary Pipher,

Hi Livey :waves:
sounds interesting, is that self help? I see that it was on NYT best seller, I think I was fascinated with how simple the cover is. I could use some character vamping

Yes, I do.... Whenever I need a break from the "deep, philosophical, and serious" books, I like to indulge in a (hopefully) heart wrenchingly good, cheesy, contemporary romance book.

Hey cloves

I decided to read it based on an interview he did with Oprah for her Super Soul Sunday show. (Don't laugh! I love that show. ) Here's a quick clip if you're interested. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q0_VCbjFpEI

Haha...The cover reminded me of another book that I had previously read years ago for a psychology class http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_ukRAI_6y-r...usincident.jpg

I just finished, A Thousand Pieces of You, and 10,000 Skies Above by Claudia Gray. It's Sci-Fi romance series with parallel universes.
