Pyrite, a pretty 'common' mineral but I've never had any other than the odd flecks in my Lapis Lazuli pieces.

Faceted Hiddenite can be expensive.

Pyrite can be in her own right a delightful mineral. She comes in so many different forms.

I agree, it can be beautiful. I'm just very late adding Pyrite to my collection.

No I never did. I've been collecting minerals for a long time but Pyrite never was that interesting to me. The only Pyrite I had was when it was included in my Lapis Lazuli pieces.
Weird how sometimes we don't particularly care for a certain stone and suddenly it becomes attractive.

I once bought a gorgeous pyrite heart, approx 6 cms across, with open sections. Totally beautiful, but it wasn't for me as it didn't and still doesn't really resonate with me. I bought it for my son. It suits him down to the ground, and he did love it!
But like you say, sometimes these things suddenly change.
