For people with broken hearts, e.g. who experience unrequited love:

It is very easy to love someone who you don´t know well than love someone who you know well including his/her negative/dark side of personality.

I agree that unrequited love is painfull and is baffling to say the least.
I remember a time when I thought I could make this person reciprocate love
all I have to do is love her to the max and we would be dancing into la la
land of bliss.Wow talk about self inflicted pain.
