Getting on with it or hibernating in your country...

Imagine in the old days, and now when many ships were patrolling a countries waters in the sea/ocean, and protecting something lets say gas or oil platforms as an example 'as your defence cells do' with your valuable organs - and suddenly a ship appears that's not recognised, by a lookout with binoculars - but it seems no trouble 'just sitting there' - but you wouldn't just let it be, would you?

You should know if something isn't right and possibly something potentially dangerous 'if you learn to make yourself aware' of any trouble... Do a systems check when first awake, then again when up and having a drink, then again later in the day... 'do not fear'- and anything unusual sort it, don't let viruses/infections settle - its a battlefield, stay in control.

The same as if your body feels some discomfort, and you should feel something going on, maybe in the chest area, a snivel, or suddenly you get a knee giving aches that didn't yesterday, think bug as in virus/infection - power of the mind communicating with your defence - 'its here' problem, then press gently with your finger - get it gone please.

I shall suggest you 'monitor this possibility' several times when having a brew that's tea by the way or coffee - and I'll just take a moment when resting to check - its either 'systems clear' sometimes a tap on the tummy/chest, well done cells 'or' we have a problem here, and press gently where.

So, its not even rocket science - lol don't ask your doctors approval just do it or not - and especially first thing in the morning do a systems check, then once up and on the move, check for anything aching/hurting that wasn't yesterday - not even complicated, and use hand chakra healing energy as well as cells fixing, shifting things.

So basically, be aware but keep busy - and anything lingering needs shifting, no fear - don't let anything settle - stay positive...

So just in case I haven't mentioned this on here, and probably have a billion times lol - I visualise defence cells surrounding a virus 'thing' when in deep rest - I say in mind, if its a troubling discomfort - if you hang around here, there'll be rocket launchers and stun grenades coming your way - be gone, shoo - before you're heading down the colon fast.......

If its something of particular discomfort, and bugs can hide - I have in the past using ''The Power of Visualisation'' imagined cells surrounding it poking a stick at it, come out - shoo...

It's positive vibes that visualisation, it works... Have a good day everyone.

Just to cover the forum and me - when putting this into practice, I offer 'no guarantees' - Ive been doing this for several years fighting bugs with the power of my mind - it works better if you keep your health good, plenty of water and of course the effort you put into this when resting... As for jabbing up, your choice...

Because part of the intention of this group is to raise vibes 'vibrational energy' in all jabbed and unjabbed - I have now put on my website highhearted comments with jokes on, and the necklace one when a lovely friend of mine on a forum said I love that joke about the necklace, so its on - and a couple of funny videos, I need 2 more videos if anyone here has any good ones to share here.

Laughter strengthens immune systems - and we should learn to pace ourselves daily, with short times of rest...

It came to mind earlier, I haven't said what to do if a bug 'thing' / virus infection settles in and gets comfy and gives you pain - what's the battle plan then...

Well there isn't one....... I never got chance since a bug got in my hip in 2017 - agony of that for weeks, I heard Guides / Higher Self, a voice saying its virus... specialists hadn't got a clue - so no one would believe me, and that's when I started to learn power of the mind connecting to cells, it not rocket science, just its won no awards lol - doesn't meant it doesn't work 'free will' to have available in your armoury, same as the jab, do I/you or don't I.

So I'm hoping this message helps someone - I had dealings in March 2020 with something nasty, but shoood it off - don't let them settle, and if you get a bad one attacking - don't overdo the it at work, rest - but keep busy, stay positive... And remember defence cells get renewed every 7 years.

Just going off path slightly, but not really because it involves a little battle - I was persuaded to get off the rum and beer totally by my spiritual support, my Guides / Higher Self / Angels - 'my Angels' - I fought for 6 months with reoccurring/difficult dreams - until one morning I said 'that's it no more beer' and a Guide came 'to mind' pretty she was/is and said it'll be ok - and it was.......

I had been a bit tight chesty only slightly for a few days, I have been busy though, stress or the 6 skinny cigs I have a day strictly 6, before anyone has a go, non of us are perfect - but I do go on push bike a lot... wife's been snivelling, she puts it down to pollen - been the park today though, race the fun runners - beat em easy - I went the other way fast...

My cells are on guard in case we have a bug issue... have a good day all.

just to message here about getting off the drink as I did - I'm just reminded that I should have explained if you get a troubled dream don't go kicking the booze in the head, we'll have all the booze companies going bankrupt - its all explained on a thread of mine on the dreams page somewhere what dreams can mean.

To me the one thing missing here is common sense if everyone used it we wouldnt be in this situation. the thing with government guidelines is the fear factor,
if you do this you will be safe everyone must be Vaccinated not true.
free will that is your choice.

Playing in dirt making damns in the river dens etc. getting dirty that boosted our immune systems. everybody played together.

But it was rare for people to come here from out our area i live in a Village the towns. didnt have the traffic then either.

Yes we did Native Spirit - played in the dirt strengthened our immune systems with battle practice for our defence cells - I remember a video going around the internet only last year, about a man on stage said they used to swim in the Hudson river full of sewerage - they never got colds he said immune systems were strong... and if safety 'so called' expects had their way kids wouldn't play in trees, they've stopped conkers in schools as well - we used to love that game...

The vulnerable and fearful have been jabbed up in the UK at least - herd immunity is 'here now' - and all this jabbing up of young strong people who haven't had families yet - a bit of calm is required and thinking time, see how it goes...

Hey its hard work living on planet Earth, anyone here noticed.....

Anyway pushing on, Ive been messaging on a Facebook group to a young lady who went into a vax centre, filled out forms then ran out because she was scared - and another female on the same group, said she'd been several times for the jab and changed her mind crying... And this is what its doing to so many youngster's, many haven't had kids yet - its not surprising they're concerned.

And people can help by putting this forum link on Facebook groups, eg they're talking about viruses on here - you'll get some saying i'm not doing that ive had my jab like a good person - but what about the youngsters - some calm needed, normality is appearing here now the vulnerable and fearful and many more have been jabbed....

I'll take it that was all well written... ive just been meditating with a nice cup of warm tea, and the gorgeous blue with swirling mist in my mind is back after not seeing it for a week... slightly off path - back on it now - and those who agree with what I say, and can do anything to push people onto this thread from Facebook etc, do it for our kids - no guarantees with anyone, but most kids/young adults are strong - a bit of thought here, has to start somewhere...

Bring on a better nights sleep I say, and if it isn't i'll deal with it and learn - no guarantees with health for any of us - its planet Earth, dangerous but beautiful - and the 'gift' of life... be kind...
