On the other side of the spectrum, we could take a machine and begin to incorporate biological systems like ears, eyes, lungs and heart and anus etc. so that the machine becomes more and more biological.

Where does the human stop being human and start being a machine, and, when does the machine stop being a machine and start being human?

That also, but certainly, the area of Transhumanism, while itself poses dangers, is not the exclusive limit to progressing technolgies in the world.

Watched the tv Big Bang series last night and they had a very nice real world example of many worlds suppostion type ideas. I came in near the end but got enough to catch the drift of what happend.

BIg tall guy( Leonard ) cleans character #2's closet and found letters from father of #2's and tells all the friends what was in the letter and #2 character is upset to find out they all know what his father said in letter, but he is not sure he wants to know, because of trouble relationship with his father.

So Leonard has idea, of qunatum supesition where each of his friends will tell their version of what was in the letter, but only one of those versions is true.

So, #2 is left to make his own mind which version he wants to believe is true or believe them all to be true. I like the Big Bang show sometimes for little jewels like that and others.
