Agreed. The "why" question isn't nearly so useful as "what's happening in me and in the world" and "how can I best meet it".

hmmm... well... DNA is one prominent place that consciousness is.
But of course, consciousness pre-existed DNA and lies beyond it as well.

i guess you could take it all the way into those teeny weeny impossibly tiny theoretical vibrating strings if you had a mind to. but "impossibly tiny" is a matter of perspective. isn't it? there may be whole universes within those vibrating strings. |
