1. I'm hardly surprised too but my point was (re: you saying there has been no ego in the posts assisting this person) it is the ego getting offended.

2. True or not, I only mentioned it to point out that not all advice being posted was purely intended to assist fth2012 as you had stated.

3. thank you for the offer, I've said what I felt the need to, besides I think this stuff is important to discuss openly. But if you feel the need to, I would welcome it :)

I do not recall stating that all advice being posted was purely intended to assist fth2012, unless I have missed reading one of my prior posts?

This doesn't seem to be about the OP any more, so i'll step back.

Love and Light to you all xx

For certain people at certain times a firmer approach can be helpful, but it's so important to first determine who and what the individuals issues are. With someone as fth who is so deeply troubled and hurting, in such a total state of dysphoria, they can likely only see and feel the extremeness of the negativity which they are currently in, this is when kid gloves and kindness may be necessary, and will go a long way towards building trust.

As a seeker on my path towards a state of unconditional love for all, and as the unlimited beings we all are, I aspire to reach a state where my love knows NO boundaries, regardless of the individual or scenario. Im not fully there yet, but I aspire.

Beautiful!

Forgive me, but I've read the responses in here, then reverted back to the original post, but am struggling to understand what exactly it is you're seeking in here, fth2012 ?

Were you merely offering your perspective, seeking comfort, or looking for practical assistance in working through what you're suffering?

None of us enjoy seeing a fellow traveller in life hurting, and it appears to me, rightly or wrongly, that all who've responded have done so with love and compassion, but unless you specify the intent of your thread, then clearly none of us are able to respond appropriately.

We truly do give a sh*t.

There is ego not just in getting offended, but in wanting to help.
