I usually run about 4-5 times a week. I am currently following a Half Marathon training plan.

i jog 2 for hours 3-6 times a week, and do pushups , crunches squats,, a lot of time i failed to be regular but i will try to be regular no matter what!!!!!!! it relaxes my tensed mind and body, i think all people should do psychal exercise REGULARLY :)

I try to exercise 6 days a week and take the 7th off.
I've found through experience that just about every aspect of my life improves when I'm exercising regularly. Exercise is one of the 5 Pillars of Pragmatology that I'm a subscriber of.

I try working out everyday.
I am starting to love the les mills grit series.

6 days a week. Run/bike, and do cross fit/weight lifting :)

Daily but dont time it just go till the muscle burns and tears and leaves me groaning.
