Well, if I was a dolphin I would say
"so long, and thanks for all the fish"
borrowing from the late, great Douglas Adams
(and Jyotir)

I have tried to think of something else I would say...

I can only think of, "Finally..."

Maybe, "Thank you, at last!!..."

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

May I ask.........do you not like your life?

I'm imagining that when I die that i will be "ready". In other words, this was awesome but now its time for what's next. A sense of being fulfilled, moving on while loving looking back.

ah well, some of us are having more fun than others and so those who aren't having much fun look forward to end of the party.

i feel like that sometimes.

and the party doesn't get anymore enjoyable when revelers come up w/ big grins on their faces "hey man! why are you being such a buzzkill?"

Yes.

People for decades have always thought I don't like this life when a smile comes on my face hearing someone (I didn't know ) died - bec my first spontaneous thought since my 20s is always.."Lucky."

I have a great time here -I make the best of any situation I am in even when I initially didn't want to be there --I'm known for that.

But hey, I'm no fool ---I know it's better 'over there' and it's a "job" here.

Like any job even that you like and is fulfilling --- Vacations are always welcomed!!

When you rest and go, "Finally" ---did you not enjoy your day?
That's what I mean?

I hear that. I mostly have fun (especially on forums ) but find daily life to be lacking in a certain kind of ... infinite energy and cosmic bliss , sometimes .

I'm not going to linger if life becomes unpleasant , and I will be eager to see what happens next, as the time approaches, whether I'm hale or frail .
It won't be about what I say to someone left behind.... it might be a big 'howdy-doody' to something or someone I haven't seen in a long time .

If it involves my life flashing before my eyes it would be "That was so boring, I hope I dont have to watch that again".
