Self appraisal ... whose
For weakness ... ready excuse
Mind games
All inane
What colour is space
How may we measure grace
Wherever there be measure
We may detect ego fissure
Radiant emptiness
Vibrant with blissfulness
Has no identity
Yet pulsates in continuity
Self existent
To which we are sentient
Being our native element
In the here & now present

Spiralling thought
Ego begot
Moving in narrow grooves
Searching the mirage for clues
Moment after moment
Caught in bewilderment
There being no stop button
Keeps spewing the toxic poison

As we search ego for content
All we find is feral sediment
Pride & envy & lust & anger
We recognise not face in the mirror
Shrouded in desire & fear
Self blocking the divine to draw near
Rotate oh hermit, polarity of attention
Rest in blissful stillness of meditation

Words kind offering embrace
Actions pernicious aimed to deface
The misalignment
Owing to ego borne discontentment
Ego in mode of self denial
Specious reasoning camouflaging guile

Truth clear for the detached contemplator
The misaligned evading the lie detector
And so it is as life goes on cyclically
Karmic consequences catch up inevitably
For upon viewing reality of all as one
The harm inflicted must be undone

Love abode
The exit mode

How gentle is our gentleness
If it be not all embracing
Magnetised void of emptiness
Accepts without judging

Each soul has its own journey
Aligning in timeless time
Divine love waiting for eternity
Until sounds the chime

Flow of attention unencumbered
in elation
Fears & desires in ego anchored
In agitation

exiting stagnation
by polarity rotation
we reclaim our joy
devoid of egoic ploy

The unmanifest reality
A pulse of continuity
Upon which images reflect
That which senses detect

Just as space is boundless
Formless and attributeless
Containing a pulse of duality
Originating from singularity

No-thing-ness
The emptiness
Absoluteness
Pure awareness

A gentle knock on the door
Of our ever present stillness
Self spawning thought spore
Seeks audience in gentleness

Presence imposes no condition
Allowing admittance with focus
Fulcrum joyous bubbling elation
Spherical love the thought locus

The Guru chakra throbbing
Regulating the nectar enlivening
Weeding out negative tendencies
Which anchors us in delinquency

The Ajna cooperates
With Guru & Crown collaborates
Taking along Manipura & Vishuddha
As also Bindu & Medulla

In the midst of this benign storm
Energised by currents cool & warm
The Anahata arms open in embrace
Ceaselessly outpours divine grace

As an integral whole the energy grid
Does the doing as it is bid
Filtering the omnipotent energy divine
As all lifetrons within gently align

The heart spacial oversees the progress
In & within each pulse as a loving caress
Void of emptiness magnetised in fullness
Seat of the soul bestower of blissfulness

Awareness

Core of consciousness
Self aware awareness
Absorbed in the flow of attention
In enabled spectrum of vibration
Wherein we are alive & present
Through mind & body cognisant

There are three frequency bands
In the continuum where we stand
Satva & Rajas & Tamas
Orbit of attention therein continuous
So unless we choose to focus
Reflex instinct determines our locus

As we shift through waking & dreaming
Deep sleep and Turiya whilst meditating
We recognise that it is our innate priority
Which determines attention flow affinity
It being thus the consciousness fulcrum
Deciding flow of our attention pendulum

There being no instant remedy
To get to the Satvik frequency
Save continuous contemplative correction
Making our orientation unbroken meditation
Surrendering to the divine by simply allowing
Imbibing rapturous bliss within electrifying

The non-doer doing we do is to simply align
With the subtle pulsations of the divine
As we weed out gross ferality layer by layer
Stilling our being in earnest & fervent prayer
Seeking nothing save unbroken connection
That attention resonates with the ॐ vibration

Boundaries blur between form & formlessness
As subject & object merge the field is oneness

Vishuddha chakra

Vishuddha a mystery
Offering connectivity
Of earth with ethereal
With vibrational appeal
Heart keeping watch
Of the jugular notch
Whilst the Adam’s apple
Connects head ovoidal
These two throat nodes
Polarities of one abode
With different function
Working in cooperation
That heart & head align
With the pulse ॐ divine

Like the parable of King Arthur’s sword
Only the pure of heart may enter
Whose fulcrum is the centreless centre
In the spacial void of emptiness
