Feeling Pity about Someone.
(What drives you to be a Doctor, a Healer, a Nurse, a Volunteer,a Teacher, a Lawyer,a policemen?)True Help.

It is another thing to understand and be there for someone and care for them ,be compassionate and complete their needs which cannot complete themselves.

And a totally another thing,to feel bad, to feel sad, to feel worried,to feel sorry, to feel pity for them ,for their situation ,for their pain ,for their difficulties for their obstacles they are going through.

To pity another is to underestimate them.To underestimate them is to think you are stronger than them and they are weaker and so more sensitive than you, that they couldn't make it without your help.

You know when your help isn't healthy ,when your desire to help another comes straight from your inner wounds and painful feelings.

You can't stand your own pain which is caused by seeing someone in pain, so the only reason to make yourself comfortable is providing your help to the sufferer, to the victim...you see them as a victim!

I know many people who work at the medical care and hospitals ,they are there because this is a place where they feel they are helping ,so they feel worthy ,so they feel respected, so they feel useful.
Walking in the hospital as a nurse or a doctor or generally working there as anything ,makes you feel superior looking at all those helpless poor patients....This contrast makes you feel good. This power of not being sick on bed but being the one who is holding the cure ,makes you feel so good, so powerful.

So people are so addicted to that feeling, they say 'i love to help people'
but it is actually the above subconscious feeling superior mechanism.
You will meet these kind of people as volunteers, as teachers ,as judges ,policemen , lawyers...etc..
you get the point.
Most people seek domination through those roles.
They want to cover their own insecure feelings and feelings of unworthiness.

Real help, Healthy help ,

comes out of understanding the disease ,

comes out of love ,

out of peace,

out of trust ,

of total trust in the person who is temporary in a difficult situation.

Healthy help is trusting in the power of the sufferer.

Healthy help is strong enough to stand NEXT to the person,

to the sufferer

and not above him or below.

Is strong enough and powerful

to see the healing happening already.

No feelings of sorry, no pity, no emotional madness,

these are totally weakening the process of healing.

Healthy help is just a space for a hug and healing vibes , a smile ,

a reminder of courage and support.

A reminder of things ,the sufferer already knows,

of sharing your healing knowledge with them.

Healthy help is always encouraging

and full of faith.

Healthy help doesn't take pleasure out of curing the patient

because

Outer help cannot cure

but can only show the way.

It's up to the patient

to follow healing way.

It's the patient Choice to Heal themselves, that healing is happening !

So Healthy help knows that one is responsible for themselves.

Healthy help takes pleasure only

because the patient becomes

a clear mirror of the Healer ,

so it feels good

because the patient

also takes the form of a teacher

who points ,who works as a mirror for the Healer's inner world.

How % Real are you ?Assuming you are in public ,in a group of people ,with friends ....Ask yourself !

-Do you feel like hiding all the time
your true character and identity
behind a social mask ?

-Do you feel like the need to
hide and cover your real feelings ,
your truthful thoughts , your most honest opinions ,
your likes and dislikes ?

-Do you behave, speak or dress in a certain way ,
just to get the 'passport' to belong to a company?

-Do you feel like pretending to be someone
you are not (making up stories or always talk
about yourself and your achievements ?)

-Do you feel uncomfortable
to share and express your weak and insecure moments,
to show your tears without guilt and shame ?

-Do you feel anxiety
of being silent ,of having nothing to say ?

-Do you catch yourself participating
in behaviors which
you do not approve
only to be acceptable
in the eyes of certain persons ?

-Do you compliment others
just to accept and like you ?

****
The more "no" you replied ,the more Authentic you are.

The more "yes" you replied ,the more you feel you need

to hide your True Identity

behind a Social Mask.

****
This is a post just to make us think of what are we doing to ourselves and to others.

This is a post to make us think about the importance of freedom and respect.

This is a post to make us think about how important is for all of us to express ourselves

following our own inner compass ,to reveal our uniqueness and authentic identity.

This is a post to make us think about what kind of power, a group of people which

is bond by the same conditioned ideals

over a person who refuses to follow

the social conditioning and just want to be themselves , be real.

****

What is considered Acceptable/Normal/Right from Our Society ?

From Country to Country ?

From Religion to Religion?

From Culture to Culture ?

How would we like people to behave to us ?

How do we feel behaving to other people ?

****

Don't we all agree that

Total Respect, Total Acceptance, Total Embracing

of the Totality of Who We Are

Is the Ultimate Interaction with People,

Is the Ultimate Friendship & Socializing Recipe ?
