Mastering Your Hidden Self, A Guide to the Huna Way by Serge Kahili King
I'm still reading this but it's been excellent so far! I will definitely be reading more by this author as well as looking into books by Max Freedom Long. Huna is a kind of ancient Hawaiian mystical approach. This book focuses on the Huna way of thinking about the three aspects westerners call the subconscious, conscious and higher selves. The Huna thought on them differs a bit. This thinking is thought to trace back to the Lemurians.

My name is Memory, by Ann Brashares. It's a novel, the story is about re-incarnation, I like the storyline, and how reincarnation is explained.

I'm just about to start Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahansa Yogananda. It's a huge book.

I just finished the book Amy Winehouse' father wrote about her. I loved her music, that's why I got it, I never realized before how self-destructive she was.

mindfulness
Right now I am reading Minfulness in plain English by the Venerable H. Gunarata Mahathera. Being in Thailand and living right across fromt the temple makes it easy to practice.

"Road Less Travelled and Beyond" [M Scott Peck]
I read "The Road Less Travelled" when it first came out, but am finally getting around to reading Peck's sequel.
