They are beautiful creatures.. I have 2 wolf dogs and they are sweet, intelligent and very spoiled.....Good luck with trying to get them back in the UK as they have recently lifted protective status on them here in the US... The ranchers lobby to have them exterminated..I personally would rather see the ranchers exterminated........

That's a very insightful observation. Look into any animal's eyes and you will find a testimony for ensoulment better than any wise and righteous spiritual teacher will ever be able to put into words.

A very comforting thought for animal lovers is that pets frequently show up in NDEs. Something that in itself is an irrefutable testimony to ensoulment.

Man needs to look again at his relationship with - and treatment of - the wonderful creatures we share this beautiful planet with.

I agree that everything has energy and souls, while possibly not what we call the "souls" of what we experience being human. They feel pain, joy, sorrow and happiness. They are fully deserving of our utmost respect and honor since we could not exist without their presence. The Native Americans across the world were able to call an animal in to be sacrificed for their food. The animal was honored and the entire animal was used in some fashion. The same was done with plants...they never took all the plants while gathering, always leaving behind enough for the next person, cycle or generation. They were completely in tune with nature and lived "as one" with all.

Every meal I eat I thank and honor the plant or animal that nourishes my body with their sacrifice.

Do animals reincarnate? I fully believe that some do - beloved pets that return time and again to support us on our journey. I know my stallion is part of the soul of his granddaughter, my Seraphina.

I have thought about this for a couple of days and I have to go with what spirit has said and there would be no reason for a soul to enter a vegetable or mineral.....life force may just equal awareness ie, a tree is aware of itself as a tree....
