That looks like a good practice.

Lovely pictures ImthatIm – thanks for sharing!

Like your avatar picture as well.
From the style, no guessing where that is from.

The practice for me is nice and easy to follow. No worries.

I do Love pictures, I can get frustrated with words.

Avatar would be Native NW Pacific coastal. Modern art borrowed from the inter-webs

As far as your fireball practitioner. GRRR!
Unfortunately this thing is a frequent occurrence.
In to many different ways.
Thankfully I have not had to deal with this type of situation in a while.
I have never really been to a Pow-wow except to look for someone.
So I don't know what goes on there, teaching wise.

I seen the commercial nature and just stayed clear. Not saying all are commercial.
Just have not had the desire for that type of social event.

Me like mountains, clear streams and wild, clean, pure, Breathe fresh air.
The mountains clear and clean you naturally.

Ceremonies are GOOD TOO.

Nice information 7min. vid.
I enjoy how he talks about Sasquatch.
Because we don't confirm nor deny they exist
because we know they do but don't want to reveal it.
Since they are more Mystery then fact.

When it comes to Kundalini …
Some say Kundalini is one way to 'Nondual Awakening'.
Nonduality being the destination, Kundalini being the journey ....
Perhaps.
Perhaps it is even the most effective way …

With Kundalini one can potentially develop psychic abilities, which in the 'hands' of unethical persons can cause harm.
Perhaps.
Perhaps all good practices and techniques can be misused, which isn’t fair for others, those who are genuine.

As my body ages, I am compelled to search out
better understandings of my inner workings in a holistic nature.
It was nice relying on the strength of youth.
That however is gone.

I found this 12 min. vid. food for thought as it summarizes
the Qi/Chi or in Lakota terms Ni as in Inipi or purification lodge.
I maybe using Ni wrong but I was told it is Life energy and vitality.

Oh misuse abounds.
This is an area of Spirituality that I do not like but it sometimes finds me.
I do not like talking of these things.(Battles)
Because I have been in more than enough Spiritual battles with abusers of power.
I still Live so they turned out alright, and there are still many lessons to be learned from them.
I still do not like them. They seem to just boil down to those basic
greedy and power seeking human natures.

Non-dual awakening from Kundalini, maybe! I don't know.
I had a Non-dual awakening in a major car wreck, but I don't recommend it.LOL

I can't speak on Kundalini. It sounds like a Sacred part of an ancient
practice. If I lived in India or where they practice such things I would
have probably practiced it.
If it compels you then you should maybe seek it out.
I do not like rushing things.I believe that if that energy is natural
it should find it's way to where it needs to be.
I don't need it to Make Fire and carry Rocks.
Or maybe it has been slowly working and has always been there and
is doing what it is meant to do.IDK
I myself won't be running out to have someone share their activating energy with
me on that level until I have a full trust in the practitioner.
Also I would need it to unfold in a natural way. It has not unfolded in my path.
I respect others choices to seek it though.

It was my experience that there is a lot of kundalini power in Black Elk Speaks.
https://images.app.goo.gl/Ep9MWrHjYQyBc7ZPA

Every sentence in that book has tremendous power.

When i first got into spirituality i was fascinated with Yoganada. I read his book and wanted to become whatever he was. A yogi. I was convinced somehow, someway. lol

I was taught my psychics about meditation. It went like this. Where i lived people did a lot of tradeouts. I was in the mountains. They had mountain time to. lol. So i did some work from some psychics. They asked me to do a trade out. So i did.

So it went like this. Im suppose to sit in a chair and she went in the other room. As i sat there things got strange. Felt like survival.

When she came back i said im not good at this. I explained what i felt. She said,"no its good because you are ooen and able to sit there."

Anyways long story short. I began meditating and reading yoganadas book. She would say i dont see an Indian guide helping you but a native American. Im stubborn so paid no attention to that and kept reading anything from yoganada.

Finally for whatever reason i wound up with black elka book. That book taught me not from the words but from the power in it. I would read and i would start exploding with emotions and then into bliss. so i would read some and then go through it. did this though the book a time or two.

I took what i learned from the book and began doing it without the book. Sitting by myself rocking myself into a trance. Began using sounds from my throat. Using music like i talk about. Emotions to bliss. Emotions to bliss. Like i said before it all felt like survival. Survival was what i needed to clear.

Another thing i learned from the book is about dreams. So i began to pay attention to them. They became sometimes very real in experience. Often the power from them would carry over after i woke up.

So i don't know if the Native Americans have words for kundalini. I do know that book is full of kundalini power. That was my experience anyways.

i should mention i noticed this energy healed some issues i was having. so i had a lot of motivation to do the practice i came up with.
