i agree with vitaraq18, negative thoughts can be evil when manifested, there is proof with the evil eye, dont think negative or you will get it back 3 fold |

nope. even in the thought form. it is about attitude and choice. maybe that answers your question of where it starts. it just never starts with me. it starts with a person thinking in negative terms. still things to yet learn.

yes see it is about how you think. 3 times it will come back until you learn not to think in those terms. discipline yourself to not enter into that thought stream.

i have read many books on this and you could manifest bad thoughts and send them to a person
