Never mind that those who speak with authority have something they deem is the truth. I have travelled paths and been led to this point just anyone has. God knows its not a easy road. I don't look through rose coloured glasses and I don't paint the world in gloom. The road leads me here and this who I am. What 'they' Tell us is true is not of my experience, and it makes no sense to me, though Lynn does states what is true in my own life.

I have been down some yellow brick roads which came to dead ends and travelled tough country to see the horizon from the summit, but this is not the important thing, there will be good times and bad, ups and downs. Once I lay me on a bed of soft petals and too upon the slab of stone. From the garden I watch the stars and from the dungeons I hold the bars... that's the path I travelled.

I like climbing trees, each branch offers me something new.

The higher I climb, the more my breath is faint

When I hit the last two branches, I begin to glow

As I pass them, I shine like an angel on a Christmas tree

I then pass out and see the light

I then have two choices, stay or go back

I then decide to slither back down and find Christmas presents under my tree

I then open up a present and find a new consciousness, Christ Consciousness

The climb isn't as easy of how it sounded, as the tree has 7 knots, on it.

Love you all, this site has a warm feeling to it.

I gave up on paths some time back. Not through any other reason than it was my time to do that. Along with giving up on paths comes giving up the seeker. Giving up the seeker then saves you big bucks on spiritual books, audio CDs, workshops, retreats and the like. When you have given up the path there is a long period of coming to terms with not living a life filled with identification of being a spiritual seeker. It is akin to trying to hold air in your hands. There is simply nothing to grab hold of anymore and it can feel like an alien existence for a bit. Still does in a lot of ways. But you know within yourself that even if the path has dissappeared there is still a direction to travel in.

The spiritual path is also spiritual seeking. There's two roads. One is the persuit of the **** gurus promise, and the other is a purification process. There is a life path, obviously, and one need only inquire which road he is travelling.
