I think this could be one of a few things; Uncontrolled psychic opening/awakening. An angel or guide testing your mother to see if she will practise discernment, and say "no." A connection to one or more entities, one perhaps more evolved than others or an unrealiable connection to a potentially positive entity, that is getting cross talk from your Mother's mind (hence the confusion and wild predictions.) A connection to a lower being. Simply a mental illness.

I read further down that she was hospitalized. It's up to your family and GP what you do, but I think a shaman or psychic healer, or a psychic practitioner who specialises in negative attachments might be more use than doctors, who rarely understand psychic phenomena. You needn't take her to one if you feel this will feed her delusions. Many offer remote healing. Some experienced psychics and mediums will perform distance readings too.

Heavy metal poisoning can cause psychosis, including trace minerals like copper, zinc and magnesium. So can certain environmental toxins, even pesticides. A lack of bioavailable vitamin C, and I'm sure I remember reading a lack of niacin can bring on schizophrenia, and high doses of both can cure even advanced cases (you'd need specialist help for that.) Uncontrolled psychic opening can also masquerade as schizophrenia. She might have BPD. Would the help of a diagnostician help rather than just a plain GP? I bet a lot of rare medical conditions, including hereditary ones could masquerade like this. So could cancer. Brain tumours are known to cause hallucinations. (Sorry...I knows that's horrible but it's better to know for sure.)

Voices aren't actully a problem. Studies suggest a LOT of peole hear disembodied voices and never report it and are totally healthy and well adjusted people. It's what the voices SAY that are a problem.

Has she asked for help from higher beings, angels, archangels or God? It might sound loopy but any higher help is useful and angels, especially archangels, would help if she asked them for protection and guidance. However, be aware that some experiences are vital to our growth. They can't stop those experience, but they can make them easier to bear.

Next time her voices tell her do something, try and get her to tell them "no" firmly. See what they do. If she becomes distressed, irrational or angry, you know it's a mental illness or a negative entity.

Try asking her to ask her voices what they think of you. Do they like you? Dislike you? That should give you an idea of their nature ;) Have you tried talking to her voices directly? (Be careful. Use your discernment, this is just a suggestion.) Threaten to have them psychically removed and see what they do and how she reacts. Does she remain in her right mind? Or does she get erratic, violent, distressed? If she remains in her right mind, she's probably OK. If she doesnt, she's mentally ill or she has a negative attachment.

I have to wonder...does she have insight into her condition? What does SHE say about the voices? Do they comfort her, frighten her? Does she feel compelled to do as they tell her? Questions like that might help you build a better pictute of the voices and her mental state and reaction to them.

I mean...I rely on my guide like mad. If someone had told me they were going to forcibly psychically remove him in the early days, I'd have been upset at the idea, but I'd have argued logically. I'd be angry at them for interfering, sure...but that's different to throwing plates and screaming obscenities, if you know what I mean? Guage her reaction.

It's possible to be both mentally ill and psychic. If it's both, she probably needs help to get her psychic gift under control. Being ill and psychic often means you make connections to less loving beings. Perhaps a psychic reading would be a good place to start? Get a reputable medium or psychic with lots and lots of experience and good reviews.

Just suggestions :) I'm not a GP, and all my guides and totally loving (though I do know a thing or two about testing them often. Anyone smart does that with their guides ;)) Hope it helps :)

Thank you, I don't know who is a genuine healer. I consulted with some spiritual people last time.

The healing seemed positive, the words spoken initially were positive, but later it turned. Mum tried to pray and it would (the voices) make her crazy - not letting her sleep.

There's a lot to it, but she doesnt know what to do. All she does is try to ignore the voices.

All medical tests were done on her - doctors don't understand at all and have ruled out physiological.

Thank you..

She doesn't have any guidance or last time she tried to pray the voices taunted her. We don't have any experience in "these" matters.

Blessings. and thanks for your note.

A guide never tells people to do things. And if they offer anything it would be spiritual wisdom and knowledge and not materialistic things.

We know this NOW too - not when it happened. Nor had any experience with such things.

As singer Little Richard used to say back in his religious days, "every ghost ain't holy."

Most people who hear voices are NOT insane, and not even one of them is in contact with a "spirit guide," whether positive or negative. These voices belong to sociopaths who are attempting to manipulate and control your thoughts and behaviors using a technology that has existed for decades, but that has been kept a secret from the general public. If you can believe in spirit guides and such, then you can believe in undisclosed advances in science and technology just as easily. As sociopaths these people have little or no empathy for strangers, and have been recruited as operatives because of their lack of having a conscience. Anyone who tells you that he does not care about people or animals that he does not know is a sociopath, as this is not a normal mindset, even though some people think it is normal. A psychopath is a person who does not care about anyone -- even family members -- but is able to fake it in some instances. And no not all socio- and psychopaths are in prison or mental wards; that is a dangerous belief that many people carry around with them.

Regarding these voices: do not follow obviously bad advice from them; think twice about doing or saying something out of the norm; especially while feeling frustrated, annoyed, or depressed. Do not give in to the feeling of harming others or being rude and angry towards others.

Try to IGNORE the voices altogether, if possible; they are NOT invading your reality to help you (and that is exactly what is happening: an intruder push-in/invasion), but rather to use you as an involuntary test subject in remote mind control techniques.

If your mother or anyone is hearing voices and having strange dreams where she sometimes hears these same voices that is a dead giveaway to the mind control experiments.

Has she also been experiencing odd bodily issues? Stomach pains & frequent diarrhea, or constipation? Strange and sometimes aching sensations in areas of her scalp? Profuse sweating restricted to the nape area of her head? Strange intensely itchy rashes popping out of nowhere? Intense leg and foot pains and burning sensations? Issues with getting to sleep and staying asleep? Feelings of being thwarted in various normal areas of life and responsibility? Forgetfulness and suddenly, in the middle of a conversation, not being able to remember names or commonplace words or concepts? Fibromyalgia? Slurring words or stuttering in front of others, when speech problems have never been a real issue?

Just curious....do you have a source for this? Or is it more intuition?

They are available in the UK and appear to be "accepted". There are even some regular meet-ups.

The stats show it is common for people to hear voices.
