Well, I heard from him today. You all were right about the obsessing. Now that I know he hasn't left... I need to remove myself for a bit. I wouldn't ever cut him from my life, but I really don't think him being a main piece of my life is healthy right now.

Try to tell him if you need some time to yourself, try to not just stop contact. Yes, it really helps when we start to obsess to refocus on your goals, your needs, etc |

I really do need to refocus on myself right now. As far as telling him I probably won't. I'm the one that usually pursues communication, so he'll probably be happy to not hear from me for a few weeks or even a month or two. |
